Obama Says U.S. Prepared to Strike Iran

President Obama declared Sunday that the United States is still prepared to act militarily to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons despite the decision to pursue a diplomatic deal and not strike Syria over its alleged use of chemical weapons.

Obama spoke in an interview broadcast on ABC’s “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos,” taped Friday before the United States and Russia agreed on a plan to bring Syrian chemical weapons under international control in order to avoid military strikes.

But Obama said Iran should not interpret the diplomatic response — coming after he threatened to use strikes — as suggesting that the United States wouldn’t attack Iran to stop the development of nuclear weapons.

“I think what the Iranians understand is that the nuclear issue is a far larger issue for us than the chemical weapons issue, that the threat. . . against Israel, that a nuclear Iran poses, is much closer to our core interests,” Obama said. “My suspicion is that the Iranians recognize they shouldn’t draw a lesson that we haven’t struck [Syria] to think we won’t strike Iran.”

He wants to look like a leader so he comes out with this. Values? Moral reprobate values are what he has on every single level. Playing politics in his second term to look like Big Man on Campus. He should go back to leadership school and learn how to be a real leader.

The American people see through this. The military has seen through his war mongering and vascillations thoroughly. Now he is out to save face and the plummeting approval ratings. Over 110,000 dead Syrians through use of proxy wars. Millions in refugee camps He places no value on human life. Disgusting. 75 percent of the military will not fight a war against Syria. Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted Iran’s invitation to visit Tehran to work out a strategy for the Islamic regime’s nuclear program, Fars News Agency reported Saturday. The West believes the Iranian program is a front for developing nuclear weapons.

Putin, seen by Iran’s clerical establishment as a strong opponent to America and the West — especially after his successful political play on averting a U.S. missile strike on Syria — was approached by Iran to protect the Islamic regime in the face of continued pressure by the West over its illicit nuclear program. Russia and the U.S. reached agreement Saturday to take control of Syrian President Bashar Assad’s chemical weapons arsenal by mid-2014.

Fars, the media outlet run by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, said Putin will soon travel to Tehran, although details of the trip have yet to be announced. Fars said Iranian President Hassan Rowhani issued the invitation to Putin on Friday while both leaders were attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said the Russian president accepted.

“Russia could possibly take new steps in solving the Iranian nuclear dossier,” Rowhani said. “The Russian initiative in relation to the Syrian chemical weapons and the steps taken by the Syrian officials provide this hope that a new war can be averted in the region.”

Bilderbergers Green Light Attack On Iran

Bilderberg luminaries are dismayed at the fact that “many important people” are not attending their secret meeting this year because, due to increasing exposure, invitees are “getting in trouble at home” and constituents are embarrassing them by asking irate questions such as “what are you doing with these monsters?”

On the subject of the euro, Tucker said that the Bilderberg elitists were determined to save the single currency even as it collapsed to a new 4-year-low at $1.19 against the dollar yesterday afternoon. As we have highlighted, the globalists are panicking at the euro’s fall and the ECB keeps intervening to try and hasten its decline. If the euro were to cease to exist, it would all but derail the ultimate agenda for a global currency because the perceived stability of using one currency for a plethora of nations would be discredited.

On the issue of the BP oil spill, the Bilderbergers made it clear that President Obama’s apparent “outrage” at BP and his threat of criminal procedures against the company was an little more than an act and that British Petroleum, who have been represented at Bilderberg meetings in the past by people like Peter Sutherland, former non-executive chairman of BP, were still “one of our brothers,” according to the elitists.

In summary, this year’s conference was the most downbeat and pessimistic Bilderberg meeting in history, with massive exposure of their agenda acting as a roadblock to the ultimate goal of an authoritarian world government run by the elite, for the elite.

It has also been reported that many Bilderberg members were in favor of U.S. air strikes on Iran. “They’re tilting heavily towards green lighting a U.S. attack on Iran,” Said the veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker.

An attack on Iran would provide a welcome distraction to the globalists’ failings in other areas and would also allow them to war profiteer, Tucker pointed out.

The CIA, Butcher of Beirut, & Obama’s “patently false” Lie.

On June 4th, President Obama gave a speech in Cairo Egypt where he acknowledged and apologized for the United States’ role in the 1953 CIA/British backed overthrow of the democratically elected Iranian government. Now, only a few weeks later, he denies the CIA is doing it again. One of two things is true, either our President has less idea what the CIA is doing than I do, or he is a blond-face lier. Which do you believe?

The American media’s one-sided and propagandistic coverage of the Iranian election has made an American hero out of the defeated candidate, Mousavi.

This leaves one wondering if anyone anywhere in the US media or US government knows that Mir-Hossein Mousavi, who served as prime minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran from 1981 to 1989, the decade following the overthrow of the American puppet government by Khomeini, has been fingered as the Butcher of Beirut, responsible for the bloody attacks on the US embassy and Marine Corps barracks in Beirut during the Reagan administration that blew to pieces 241 US Marines, Sailors, and Army troops.

According to Jeff Stein writing in the June 22, 2009, CQ Politics, Mousavi “personally selected his point man for the Beirut terror campaign, Ali Akbar Mohtashemi-pur,” who presided over the terror cell responsible for the attacks.

Stein reports that Lyons “also fingered Mousavi for the 1988 truck bombing of the US Navy’s Fleet Center in Naples, Italy.”

Bob Baer, a CIA Middle East field officer at the time, says that Mousavi “dealt directly with Imad Mughniyah,” the person responsible for both attacks.

All of these facts have gone into the Memory Hole. The US media and government have turned Musavi, the bloody butcher of US servicemen, into the would-be liberator of Iran from theocracy.

Only in America and in George Orwell’s fictional population in his predictive book, 1984, can we find such citizen ignorance.

Apparently, the new form of ‘patriotism’, the new incarnation of  ‘support the troops’ – is to support someone who helped massacre hundreds of U.S. troops just two decades ago. Of course, the talking heads, the establishment media whores, like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck, don’t really care about the protesters or the opposition in Iran. These phony conservatives probably want them to be beaten and suppressed so that their real cause can be advanced – the demonization of the current Iranian government in the eyes of the world and a greasing of the skids for military invasion on behalf of the U.S., Britain and Israel.

Any body remember how the Neo Cons were all excited about Chelabi (The Doctor) before the Iraq war? Later we learn Chelabi (code name: Pulsar One) was on the CIA’s pay roll for more than a decade at a very high cost to USA tax paying citizens and provided with all falls intelligence that managed to drag the United States into a war that has transformed this nation from the most influencial country in the world to a bankrupt paper tiger. And yet, here we are gearing up for war with Iran.

In May 2007, the London Telegraph and others revealed that President George W. Bush had “Given the CIA approval to launch covert ‘black’ operations to achieve regime change in Iran.” Two years later, Obama would have the world believe this has all stopped? CIA involvement in Iran is a proven fact and not even up for debate!

Obama is a lier. I don’t mean broken campain promises, I’m talking about bond in-your-face lies. The kind of lies that people who care about the truth will never forget. The kind of lies that take a country to war.

President Barack Obama was forced to address accusations that the CIA was involved in fomenting the post-election riots in Iran during his White House press conference yesterday, claiming the allegations were “patently false,” despite the fact that the U.S. government publicly gave the CIA approval to undertake a destabilization campaign in Iran more than two years ago.

I remember when Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice went on TV and said “America does not torture.” She lie. Now our President is telling us that the CIA is not involved in the unrest in Iran. Just like Connie, Obama is lying to the American people. Connie lied about torture and that was the moment I lost all faith in the Bush administration. That was the moment I stopped supporting the Iraq war. The fact is, our government is currently engage of acts of war against Iran (and has been for many years) but yesterday Obama flately denies it. He lied. Does that bother you?

First, Bush lied to get us into a war with Iran. Now Obama is lying about our current state of war with Iran. Here is the evidence:

On May 23, 2007, Brian Ross and Richard Esposito reported on ABC News: “The CIA has received secret presidential approval to mount a covert “black” operation to destabilize the Iranian government, current and former officials in the intelligence community tell ABC News.”

As part of CIA destabilization efforts in Iran, former Pakistani Army General Mirza Aslam Beig last week claimed that the Agency had distributed 400 million dollars inside Iran to evoke a revolution. Beig cited documents that prove “the CIA spent 400 million dollars inside Iran to prop up a colorful-hollow revolution following the election.”

Twitter and other social networking websites have played a key role in the demonstrations. The U.S. State Department, which routinely demonizes the Internet as a tool of extremists and terrorists when it is used to criticize U.S. foreign policy, took the unprecedented step last week of requesting that Twitter.com “delay planned maintenance work so that Iranian protesters can continue to use it to post images and reports of unrest,” according to a London Times report.

According to several different reports, the CIA and Mossad has been creating fake Twitter feeds and flooding Iranians with SMS messages inspiring them to riot.

According to author Thierry Meyssan, Iranians received messages before the election votes had even been counted telling them that the Iranian Guardian Council had declared Mir-Hossein Mousavi to be the winner. When the official announcement of Ahmadinejad’s victory was later broadcast, the sentiment that fraud had took place was therefore amplified.

Meyssan also charges that the CIA and Mossad used Twitter feeds to put out fake reports of gun fights and deaths that were never confirmed, rousing Iranians to riot in the belief that their fellow countrymen were being brutally suppressed by the authorities.

Another website clearly documents the fact that the main Twitter accounts used to send out hundreds of alerts during the protests were only recently created and had not send out any alerts whatsoever before the protests began.

Top Neo-Cons with deep ties to the U.S. military-industrial complex like John Bolton and Henry Kissinger have been calling for the CIA to fund a ‘color revolution’ in Iran for years as a gateway to regime change.

Lest we forget that it was a violent CIA coup that led to the overthrow of the democratically elected Iranian Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh in 1953 under Operation Ajax. The ousting was achieved by means of staged bombings and shootings which were blamed on the Iranian government in order to antagonize the population and enable the coup. During the coup, the CIA also bribed Iranian government officials, businessmen, and reporters, and paid Iranians to demonstrate in the streets.

Given this history, allied with the U.S. government’s own public program to instigate a destabilization campaign in Iran through the CIA, Obama’s claim that CIA involvement is “patently false” is clearly contradicted by the facts. The only thing that’s “patently false” is Obama’s statement itself.
