Judge Strikes Indefinite Detention Provision In NDAA


A U.S. District Court judge has ruled that the U.S. government cannot indefinitely hold citizens or terror suspects without charges, despite a provision in the NDAA that was signed into law early this year. Why did the judge strike down that part of the National Defense Authorization Act?
