About Arkansas mass graves and inoculations

I have received an email saying that government officials areinstructing people who work for coroners offices’ in Arkansas to prepare to dig mass graves for pandemic victims, informing these officials that they will receive an innoculation against the “pandemic” flu but their relatives will not.

Investigative journalist Wayne Madsen claims the group has since grown into a disproportionate counter-intelligence force, mainly targeting journalists and prosecuting whistleblowing security officials.

According to Madsen, this group is fully operational and is called the Q Group of the National Security Agency and its headquarters are within the headquarters of NSA at Fort Meade, Maryland. Q Group works in close cooperation with the FBI counter intelligence officers, as well as local police department intelligence units.

Madsen insists that the group is very large and approximately 1,000 agents and informers are employed by this secret agency within the already secretive NSA.

Under President Barack Obama there has been no effort to curtail this ultra-secretive organization.  Unfortunately, the NSAs power is growing because the Obama administration is now giving them new powers to conduct surveillance in cyberspace, placing cyber command under the control of NSA, said Madsen.

In fact, last week Obama signed a spending bill that included $181 million for preparatory construction of the Camp Williams facility and tentatively agreed to two future phases of construction that could cost $800 million each.  When completed, the data center in Utah will require at least 65 megawatts of power in order to spy on the American people. Thanks to Obama, the Patriot Act will soon have a new 1-million-square-foot home.

While the alternative media is talking about this “Q-Group” at NSA (reported by Madsen), the mainstream media is playing the guessing game regarding the secret program which the CIA hid from Congress. Could these stories be related? One can only wonder.

So what kind of program was the CIA running and how might it differ from the covert op running over at the NSA? The Huffington Post’s Sam Stein is guessing that it is Cheney’s executive assassination squad. Since many reports say it shocked both Democratic and Republican congress members, as well as the CIA head himself, it must have been something pretty bad. Perhaps something like this.

And as a former CIA agent says, the real question is who ordered the CIA to withhold the information from Congress. Bush apparently ordered the program, but it is not yet known who ordered the CIA to cover it up.

UPDATE: We now know who ordered the CIA cover-up.

It was in fact Cheney.

According to the New York Times:

The Central Intelligence Agency withheld information about a secret counterterrorism program from Congress for eight years on direct orders from former Vice President Dick Cheney, the agency’s director, Leon E. Panetta, has told the Senate and House intelligence committees…

The disclosure about Mr. Cheney’s role in the unidentified C.I.A. program comes a day after an inspector general’s report underscored the central role of the former vice president’s office in restricting to a small circle of officials knowledge of the National Security Agency’s program of eavesdropping without warrants, a degree of secrecy that the report concluded had hurt the effectiveness of the counterterrorism surveillance effort.

This is not the first time Cheney has broken the law. In a nation of laws, Bush, Cheney – or whoever in the White House ordered the cover-up of the operation – would be prosecuted, but it seems that those days are long gone.

If we ever find out who was running secret “Q-Group” over at NSA, you can bet your bottom dollar they were reporting directly to Dick Cheney. This was his private 9/11 cover up team. My hat is off to Wayne Madsen for uncovering this and reporting it. Sadly, I doubt the mainstream media will ever touch this NSA story, choosing instead to focus on the rogue CIA story. However, if Cheney was behind both, then there is a good change the whole thing could unravel.
